The right panel of the triptych happens to be in my gallery (http://user.bahnhof.se/~secutor/ukiyo-e/artkun04.html). I didn't know it was part of a triptych, though I suspected it. Thanks for showing me the whole thing.
The print was published in the 11th month of 1858, and the publisher was indeed Tsutaya Kichizô. Unfortunately I can't read the title cartouche, except for the first three hiragana, forming the name "Genji".
