The set is by Kunisada II and the signature reads "Kunisada ga" (without the Utagawa school name). That's how he signed the majority of his prints.
Published probably late 1850's or early 1860's.
The title is in the upper right corner of the rightmost sheet but can't be read because the photo is too small.
