Nakao Shoten, but the prices are not cheap so don't expect to find great bargains. Some other antiquarian bookstores in Osaka also have small selections of prints but in my experience (despite the massive size of the city) I couldn't find much there. And Osaka rivals Tokyo for the title of most expensive city in the world.
