Hi David,

The first part on the right is the date: "drawn on an autumn day in [the year] kanoto u [1891]."

I believe the middle part is the studio where it was created (studio name of the artist): "tou-??--rou."

The last part is the artist's name "Shounen". Suzuki Shounen, a Meiji artist who did bird and flower and landscape paintings in Kyoto.
