The first thing you have to do is uploading your picture to an Internet server. You make a note of the address (URL), and type it into the "Optional Image URL" box (see example above) before you submit your message.
The picture file must be a JPEG (JPG) or a GIF. You can't use a link to a webpage where you have displayed one or more pictures; the link must be to a file with a name ending in '.jpg' or '.gif'. Otherwise it will most probably not work.
