I sure don't see dots when I look at it through the magnifying glass - The picture itself is 13X18 but the paper on which it is printed is much larger. I just had it re-matted as the original mat was discolored and torn. The edges of the paper on which the picture is done was a tad brittle. Thank you for the information on the fleck and the print. I am still trying to get a picture of it out there to those of you who are more knowledgeable than me in this area. I'm pretty sure the seal on the upper left is black with one red mark at the bottom. Thanks again.
