Many issues were made of Hiroshige's most popular prints often using different color schemes. The differences you see are typical. Indeed, it is rare to find first editions as pictured in the Henry Smith's book on 100 Views. Michener in "The Floating World" describes in detail the many color schemes that he found were used for a single Hiroshige print.
