Just a suspicion: I'm thinking that you might have a woodblock print by Tsuchiya Rakusan. We just had a little discussion about this artist on this bulletin board starting on 2/16.

The reasons for my suspicion are:

- The Japanese character for Yama can also be pronounced San. So, Tachino G's translation could have been Raku San.

- Rakusan produced lush prints of flowers and birds. It would not be out of place to see gold leaf flecks in some of the ink of his work.

If you can post an image of the picture along with a close-up of the signature/seal, someone here will be able to tell you definitely.
