I am afraid I don't have full publishing details. I guess the book was published by the National Gallery in Prague itself, and I don't know whether any specific author was credited. You can find it through bookfinder. Try "japanese" and "prague" in the title search. It only returns a few titles! The short description suggests that the collection is large, and based on books gathered by Joe Hloucha. I am afraid that the bookshop in bookfinder does not have this title in stock at the moment.
