Interesting link you provided Marc; it seems that perhaps I'm actually in the clear ...

What articles are excepted from marking by Section 304 of theTariff Act?

- An article that cannot be marked prior to shipment to the United States without injury to the article

Well, that's a print!


-When the container of an article reasonably indicates the origin of the article; that is, the marked container reaches the ultimate purchaser unopened
That covers me as well ...


- The article is a crude substance
Hopefully not this one ...


- The article is imported for use by the importer and is not intended for sale in its imported or any other form
Covered here also ...



So all in all, I don't think that the US Customs will be confiscating my prints for 'disposal' ... :-)
