The characters saying 'kotobuki' which means HAPPINES.
The box belongs to a bride who is carried over by porters to her future husband across the river.
The print is titled 'Tôkaidô Kanaya no Fuji' (Fuji from Kanaya on the Tôkaidô Road) of the series "36 Views of Mount Fuji".
