Artist identification

Hi,
Can anyone tell me who the artist is on these prints? They are post cards dated 1904 and are sent from Japan to Boston. Please notice two of them are signed on the bottom in ink.
I got these with some other prints + a supply catalog from a Japanese store in Boston dated 1904 so I reasonably sure they are authentic.
