I believe you're right after comparing the signature on my print with Kokunimasa's signatures on Artelino.com (see link). So the sho is a ko! This does explain why there anren't any prints by Kokunimasa in Nathan Chaikin's "The Sino-Japanese war": they are attributed to Kunimasa IV...
