If you are looking for any sort of in-depth information, you won't find much on the Internet, I'm afraid.
Assuming that you have access to a university library, I am sure that you will be able to find some useful literature on Harunobu's work, though. As he is one of the most prominent ukiyo-e artists, there is quite a lot of reference literature available in various languages. However, not knowing the scope of your study, I'm not able to give you advice on specific titles.
